Hi, Kassidy here, with Little Ones Doula Service! I am a believer in Christ who is ready to take on the calling he has for my life through being a pro life Doula. I am here to fulfill my passion for serving mothers who need a helping hand in pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
I love the beauty of motherhood and family, coming from a large family myself, (4 sisters and 2 brothers!) I love the wonderful design of God through the new life of precious babies. I really hope to serve you and make things special and easier for you. I hope to encourage you and boost your confidence, as you bring your little one, joyfully into the world.
I live out in the country by Okemah, OK. At home, I most enjoy quality time with my family, a good cup of coffee and I am crazy about horses and I love working with my small herd of cattle.

Trauma informed coaching
1.5hr trauma informed prenatal coaching. In Trauma-informed prenatal coaching sessions your feelings of safety and empowerment will be the priority. It includes childbirth education, so you will gain the knowledge and tools to be in control of your birth and not be held by fears. My goal is to create a supportive environment and restore a sense of power and calm for individuals navigating pregnancy and birth after experiencing trauma. If you are expecting a rainbow baby it can we especially scary and hard, this session can help you too be able to process the past trauma of loss and to move forward without fear.

What can I do for you ?
I will educate you on childbirth so that you know what to expect when you go into delivery.
I will be a support for you. Making sure your needs and preferences are respected.
Together we will develop a birth plan that will work for you, identifying and avoiding any triggers that might recall past trauma.
I will give you exercises to use during delivery that will help you to manage pain and fear.
I can refer you to trauma or perinatal mental health specialists if needed. -. $100
